Pursuant to the Advertising and Communication Market Results of Ukraine of 2006 and market prognosis for 2007, prepared by the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition, the market of advertising and communications (AC) of Ukraine shows good results and a stable dynamics in all structural segments. According to the research, produced by All -Ukrainian Advertising Coalition, the volume of Ukraine’s AC market in 2006 amounted to USD 1 373,8 millions, including USD 855,8 millions of media advertisement and USD 518 millions of non-media AC market. Thus, in 2006 the volume of AC market of Ukraine for the first time exceeded one billion US dollars.
According to the prognosis of All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition the volume of AC market is expected to reach USD 1 738 millions, including USD 1060 millions of media advertisement and USD 678 millions of non-media AC market. Thus in 2007 the greatest role in the AC market will remain after TV advertising with USD 482 millions, which constitutes 28 % of all market, the second place will be taken the by BTL-advertisement with USD 230 millions, and the third place – by advertising in press with USD 209,5 millions.
Also we should note that Internet advertising is the most fast-growing segment of the AC market in Ukraine. In 2006 this segment showed more than 150% of growth as compared to 2005, and in 2007 the increase of its volumes is expected to grow from 6 to over 10 million US dollars. Positive dynamics in development of Internet advertising are shown not only in Ukraine but also in the world market. For example, pursuant to the information provided by «eMarketer» company, in 2007 US Internet advertising will enter the period of an enormous growth, and spendings of American companies on Internet advertisement will grow up to USD 20 billions.

Lately the market for advertising services in the Russian Federation has witnessed major changes.
