Due to the international rating guide Legal 500, Konnov & Sozanovsky confirms its leadership among the Ukrainian law firms in the field of IP and tax practices in 2010.

Konnov & Sozanovsky successfully represented interests of the client, the Ukrainian company, in Kiev Commercial Court, Kiev Appeal Commercial Court, and in Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine, in the dispute concerning the purchase-and-sale agreement with regard to the land plot in Kiev of about 1.5. ha, having been concluded by the client.

Konnov & Sozanovsky acted as an Ukrainian legal counsel to Sinara Locomotives Limited on the issues of Ukrainian merger control law, including obtaining permission of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the establishment of a joint venture between Sinara Locomotives Limited and Siemens AG which will be active in the design, manufacturing, commissioning, marketing, sale and servicing of locomotives in Russia and other CIS-Countries.
