Konnov & Sozanovsky represented interests of LLC “Montazhnaladka” (Ukraine) at the International Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in a dispute with a German entrepreneur pertaining to the recovery of advance payment made for a truck under the supply agreement.

After considering the case the International Commercial Arbitration Court obliged the entrepreneur to return the advance payment to LLC “Montazhnaladka”, as well as to pay interest and reimburse the arbitration costs.
