Konnov & Sozanovsky represented interests of Tupperware LLC (Russian Federation) in the proceedings at the International Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in the dispute with a Ukrainian party on recovery of overdue payment for the delivered goods.

The tribunal awarded the Ukrainian party to pay the principal amount in dispute, interest on overdue payments as well as to compensate Tupperware the cost of arbitration.
