On 23 April, 2004 the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) held its first Annual Conference and Members' Annual Meeting. Delegates approved the President's report as to the year 2003/2004, amended bylaws of the organization and discussed other procedural questions.

Nearly 200 lawyers took part in a number of one-day seminars, organized by the UBA, focusing on the Ukrainian legislation hot issues as well as legal profession development in Ukraine.
