Mr. Mirsky was elected as a partner with the firm and will be continuing to represent clients in complex copyright, advertising and media law issues. He advises studios, producers, authors, executives, broadcasting companies, advertising agencies and production companies.

Tatiana V. Gluhovskaya
Patent & Trademark
Ms. Gluhovskaya was elected as a partner with the firm and will be continuing her practice in the areas of intellectual property law, patent, trademark infringement and trademark protection, all aspects of intellectual property litigation.

Ronald G. Marks
Corporate & Investment
Mr. Marks joined the firm as a partner. A graduate of both the University of Toronto (B.A.) and Queen's University (LL.B.), Ronald Marks worked for 5 years in the Office of the Premier of Ontario before entering private practice. Mr. Marks is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and holds a Life Membership in the Inter-American Bar Association.
